监控输液反应减少护患纠纷

输液反应常导致护患纠纷。护理部与药剂科合作,从建立监控输液反应的组织网络、培训全体护理人员、规范输液反应上报和处理程序等着手,进行深入的原因分析和质量改进,及时发现和阻止了因大输液包装质量差、一次性输液用具不合格、某些中药制剂不纯、护士操作不当等因素引起的输液反应,达到了通过监控输液反应,提高输液安全性,减少护患纠纷的目的。

Because injection reaction often cause medical disputes, department of nursing Administration should cooperate with medicine department to analyze r easons and improve the quality from the aspects of establishing an organization to monitor injection reaction, training all the nursing staffs and formalizing t he program of reporting and dealing with injection reaction. Through these measu res, injection reaction caused by low-quality package, unqualified injection to ols, unpurified Chinese traditional medicine and false operation of nurses were discovered and prevented to arrive at the aim of enhancing injection safety and reducing medical dispute through the monitor of injection reaction.
