| 摘 要： | 目的观察社区医生管理高血压病效果。方法对100例社区高血压患者进行分级和危险因素分层，建立个人健康档案，由社区医生进行动态管理。结果100例高血压患者中81例血压控制达标，达标率81％。结论高血压患者由社区医生管理是控制高血压，提高生活质量，预防心脑血管事件发生的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective Observe the effect of management of hypertension by community doctors. Methods Community patients carried out classification on 100 examples, build the archives, of personal healthy management. The community doctors are in charge of the dynamic management. Results 81% patients reach the standards in blood pressure control. That is blood pressure control rates 81%.Conclusion Patients with high blood pressure managed by the community doctors , It is an effective measure to control high blood pressure, improve the quality of life and prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. |
