中西医结合治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病临床研究

目的观察中西医结合治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病临床疗效。方法选66例属阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压病患者随机分成2组,治疗组44例用中药降压十味汤联合卡托普利片治疗,对照组22例单用卡托普利片口服。结果降压疗效,治疗组显效率65.9%*,总有效率95.5%;对照组显效率36.3%,总有效率81.2%。2组降压显效率和总有效率比较均有显著差异。临床症状改善疗效,治疗组显效率为67.7%,总有效率97.7%;对照组显效率31.8%,总有效率68.2%,尤其是2组临床症状改善疗效比较差异十分显著。结论降压十味汤联合卡托普利片治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压病优于单用西药卡托普利片口服。

Study the Clinical Effect of A Combined Method of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine for TreatingHypertention Yin Lower Yany Higher

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of a combined method of traditional Chiuese and western medicine for treating hypertenfion Yin lower Yany Higher.Methods Sixty-six patients with inhaevent hypertention Yin lower Yany higher were randowty divided in to treatment group and control group A reatment group are 44 patients, a treatment group was treated by drinking a combined, method of traditional chinese medicine soup of ten taste vedacingt,yper ention and western medicine: captopril. Control group was treated by drinking captopril.Results Effects lowering hypertenfion. In the treatment group, marked effectiveness rate were 65.9%, Respectively, with a total effective rate of 95.5%.In the control group the marked effctiveness rate were 36.3% respectively, w/th a in the total effectiveness rate of 81.2%. There was a significant differences in the total effectiveness rate between the two groups. There were reD,significant differences in the marked effectiveness rate between P<0.01,P<0.05.The clinical effect in reducing symptom.hi the treatment group the marked effecfiYeness rate were 67.7%, a total effective rate were 97.7%.In the control group the marked effectiveness rate were 31.8 %,a total effective rate were 58.2%.P<0.01,P<0.01.There were very significant differences in the clinical effect in reducing chinese medicine soup of ten taste reduc/ng hypertenfion and wesiem medicine: Captopril in treating Yin lower Yany higher inherent hypenenfion is very effective and it's effect is significantly superior that of po captopfil.
