| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨阴囊Paget病的诊断及治疗。方法：10例阴囊皮损患者，活检证实为阴囊Paget病，均采用病灶广泛切除术治疗，并采用原位、转移皮瓣覆盖创面。结果：A1期3例，A2期6例，B期1例。共行11次手术，1例术后复发（复发率为10%）而行二次手术治疗，无一例死亡。结论：对经久不愈的阴囊皮损应尽早行活检确诊，病灶广泛切除术是治疗本病的有效手段。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of Paget's disease involving the scrotum. Method:During August 1980 to Oct 2001 , 10 cases were confirmed on pathological studies and underwent surgical treatment . Result:There were 3 cases of stage A 1,6 cases of stage A 2 and 1 case of stage B.During the follow-up, all patients were all alive and only one patient received reoperation because of the recurrence. Conclusion: Dermatobiopsy should be undertaken as early as possible in suspected cases and radical excision might be effective treatment for this disease. |
