| 摘 要： | 回顾性分析了30例胸腺病变的CT 表现,其中胸腺瘤 23例,胸腺囊肿 3例、胸腺增生 4例。全部病例经手术病理证实。CT 检查显示病变的阳性率达 96.6％,诊断符合率 90.0％。此外,重点讨论了胸腺肿块分型以及胸腺癌与重症肌无力的关系。

| Abstract: | This article retrospectively analysed the CT features of 30 patients with thymic abnormalities, of whom 23 were diagnosed as thymic tumor, 2 thymic cyst,and 4 thyinic hyperplasia. All these cases were diagnostically confirmed by surgery and pathologi cal studies. The results showed that the positive rate of detecting thymic abnormalities was 96. 6% and diagnostic accuracy was 90% with CT examination. In addition thymic mass types and relationship between thymoma and myasthenia gravis were also discussed. |
