6例皮质旁骨肉瘤临床病理学分析

目的 :探讨皮质旁骨肉瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断。方法 :复习文献回顾性分析 6例皮质旁骨肉瘤的临床表现、X线征像和病理资料。结果 :患者临床表现为肢体缓慢性增大的肿块 ,多伴有肿胀、疼痛及活动受限。X线显示为股骨下端或肱骨上端与骨皮质相连的广基性蘑菇状肿块影。镜检肿瘤由分化较成熟的骨小梁和分布于其间的增生性梭形纤维母细胞性样细胞组成。结论 :皮质旁骨肉瘤属于一种低度恶性的骨肉瘤 ,熟悉其临床病理学特点避免误诊为骨化性纤维瘤等良性病变。

JUXTACORTICAL OSTEOSARCOMA: A CLINICOPATHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF SIX CASES

Objective:To study the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of juxtacortical osteosarcoma.Methods:The clinical, radiological and histopathological features of 6 cases of juxtacortical osteosarcoma were reviewed, together with a review of the literature.Results:The age range of the patients was 21-40 years old with a median of 31.3. The main presenting symptoms were gradually growing masses accompanied by swelling, pain and limb limitation. X-ray showed mushroom-shaped dense mass in the end of lower or upper extremities with wide base connected to the cortex. Microscopically, the tumor was composed of relatively mature bone trabeculae and a cellular proliferation of fibroblast-like spindle cells.Conclusions:Juxtacortical osteosarcoma is a well-differentiated osteosarcoma, recognizing its characteristic clinicopathological features of juxtacortical osteosarcoma is very important to avoid confusion with mimicking benign lesions, such as ossifying fibroma.
