不同腔内会师法在治疗尿道损伤中的应用

目的：探讨不同腔内会师法在尿道断裂中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析24例不同腔内会师法治疗尿道外伤的临床资料。结果：24例手术中治愈21例（87．5％）；良好3例（12．5％）；失败1例（4．2％）。结论：腔镜下尿道会师术手术时间短、创伤小、恢复快、效果好，是优于传统开放会师术的理想方式，不完全尿道断裂可首选，完全尿道断裂或不稳定骨盆骨折者应选用双软镜法更适宜。

Treatment of urethral disruption with a variety of endoscopic realignment

Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of treatment of urethral disruption with a variety of endoscopic realignment.Methods: We retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 24 cases treated with a variety of endoscopic realignment for urethral disruption. Results: Twenty one patients were cured(87.5%),3 patients improved(12.5%),and 1 other patient suffered failure(4.2%). Conclusion: For less operation time,minor trauma,rapid recovery and high efficiency,endoscopic realignment which was a better choice than traditional open surgery should be the primary treatment for incomplete urethral disruption.We prefer flexible ureteroscopy for complete urethral disruption or unstable pelvic fracture.
