| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨应用溶血磷脂酸(LPA)早期诊断卵巢癌的价值。方法]收集卵巢癌35例,良性卵巢肿物34例,两组患者分别进行LPA检测,并对LPA检测结果进行比较。结果]两种不同标记物检测卵巢癌结果评价,LPA检测卵巢癌的敏感性=85.7%,特异性=94.1%,准确性=89.9%;CA125检测卵巢癌的敏感性=57.1%,特异性=76.5%,准确性=66.7%。结论]①LPA可能成为一种新的检测卵巢癌标记物。②应用这两种标记物早期诊断卵巢癌,LPA与CA125相比,LPA可能更有临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective]To investigate the dingnostic value of lysophosphatidic acid(LPA) for early detecting ovarian cancer.Methods]Plasma LPA and CA125 levels were determined in 35 cases of ovarian cancer study group,and 34 cases of benign ovarian neoplasma control group.Results] Sensitivity of LPA and CA125 are 85.7% and 57.1%,respectively.Specialitry of LPA and CA125 are 94.1% and 76.5%,respectively.Accuracry of LPA is 89.9%,Accuracy of CA125 is 66.7%.Conclusion]1.LPA is liable to be a new biomarker for detecting ovarian cancer.2.Determining LPA,we think,is superior to CA125 in early detecting ovarin cancer. |
