屈膝点按扣揉推拿手法配合微波治疗膝关节鹅足滑囊炎46例临床研究

目的] 观察屈膝点按扣揉推拿手法配合微波治疗膝关节鹅足滑囊炎的疗效。方法] 将46例膝关节鹅足滑囊炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用屈膝点按扣揉推拿手法配合微波治疗,对照组采用针灸配合微波治疗,两组10 d后通过膝关节评分标准(HSS)、疼痛视觉模拟量尺评分(VAS)评分标准,压痛测试仪分析疗效。结果] 治疗后HSS膝关节评分较治疗前明显缓解(P<0.05),VAS疼痛评分明显改善(P<0.05),及压痛测试仪测量膝关节压痛明显缓解(P<0.05)。结论] 两组均有效,但对于患者主观疼痛的缓解及压痛的缓解治疗组优于对照组。

Clinical effect of tapping, rubbing and massage at knees click point combined with microwave treatment on knee joint Pes anserinus bursitis in 46 cases

Objective] To observe the effect of tapping, rubbing and massage at knees click point combined with microwave treatment on knee joint Pes anserinus bursitis. Methods] The 46 patients with knee goose foot bursitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with tapping, rubbing and massage at knees click point combined with microwave treatment, while the control group was treated with acupuncture combined with microwave treatment. Using HSS, VAS score and the instrument for tenderness testing the therapeutic effect was analyzed adter 10 days. Results] After treatment, VAS pain score was significantly improved (P<0.05). HSS knee score was also improved significantly (P<0.05) and the knee tenderness eased significantly (P<0.05) compared with before treatment. Conclusion] The treatment of both group were effective, but the patient's subjective pain relief and tenderness mitigation treatment group than the control group.
