| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨美他多辛对雄性酒精性脂肪肝大鼠肝组织中CYP2E1表达的影响。方法:30只清洁级Wistar大鼠随机分为3组:脂肪肝组梯度给予不同浓度的酒精灌胃8周;预防组于酒精灌胃同期给予美他多辛预防;对照组给予普通饮食。8周酒精灌胃结束后,B超检测肝组织影像学变化、病理学观察酒精性脂肪肝的形成以及免疫组织化学检测肝组织中CYP2E1的表达。结果:雄性酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型建立成功;脂肪肝组、预防组与对照组比,CYP2E1表达均上调,P<0.05;脂肪肝组与预防组比,CYP2E1表达上调,P<0.05。结论:CYP2E1表达的上调参与了酒精性脂肪肝的发病过程,美他多辛可有效预防酒精性脂肪肝的发生及CYP2E1表达的上调。
