| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨赤丹丸中其他成分对君药赤芍中芍药苷在大鼠体内药动学过程的影响。方法:分为赤芍组、赤丹丸组,分别灌胃给予赤芍煎煮液、赤丹丸煎煮液,设定时间点采血,沉淀蛋白法提取血浆中的芍药苷,以栀子苷为内标,采用HPLC法测定大鼠血浆中芍药苷的质量浓度,DAS数据处理软件计算药动学参数。结果:给予赤丹丸组与单独给予赤芍组相比,芍药苷在大鼠体内tmax,CL,MRT0→τ降低,t1/2,Cmax,V,MRT0→∞,AUC0→τ和AUC0→∞均升高,其中tmax,Cmax和t1/2的变化具有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:赤丹丸中其他成分可显著影响君药赤芍中主要成分芍药苷的药动学。可为中药复方制剂在体内作用机制的研究提供思路,并指导临床用药情况。
