吉西他滨对人乳腺癌细胞和人胚肾细胞增殖的影响

摘    要:目的:观察吉西他滨在体外对人胚肾细胞HEK293和人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7增殖的影响。方法:采用MTT法测定吉西他滨对人胚肾细胞HEK293和人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7增殖的影响,比较两者IC50值,绘制细胞生长曲线;并测定吉西他滨作用后细胞培养上清液中SOD,MDA,LDH值的变化。结果:吉西他滨在体外对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的增殖抑制作用较强,同时对人胚肾细胞HEK293的增殖有一定的抑制作用,两者的化疗指数为分别为26.907(24h),15.307(48h),10.264(72h)。结论:吉西他滨对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7有明显增殖抑制作用,同时可抑制人胚肾细胞HEK293的增殖,对肾脏有一定的毒性。
