| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人巨细胞病毒(human cytomegalovirus,HCMV)感染与异位妊娠的相关性.方法同时采用酶联免疫吸附方法(ELISA)及聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测94例输卵管妊娠患者(病例组)血清中的抗HCMV抗体和检测患者的输卵管标本中HCMV DNA;同时选择42例正常足月妊娠行剖宫产妇女作为对照.结果病例组血清抗HCMV IgG抗体检出率为34.04%(32/94),明显高于对照组7.14%(3/42),P＜0.05;IgM抗体检出率高于对照组,在统计学上明显差异,P＜0.05.病例组输卵管标本中检出HCMV DNA明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论异位妊娠与HCMV感染存在相关性.

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the relationship between infection with human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) and ectopic pregnancy by examining pathogen in the serum and in the tubal pregnancy.Methods ELISA and PCR were respectively used to detect the anti HCMV antibody in the serum and the HCMV DNA in the fallopian tube of 94 women with tubal pregnancy (case group) and 42 women with normal intrauterine pregnancy (control group). Results More individuals in the case group (34 04%) were anti HCMV IgG positive than in the control group (7 14%) ( P <0 05). The case group also showed a higher percentage of individuals with anti HCMV IgM than the control group ( P <0 05). Conclusion Tubal pregnancy could be associated with HCMV infection. |
