| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨股骨恶性肿瘤保肢治疗的化疗方法及其可行性。方法：对11例股骨恶性肿瘤病例，通过术前穿刺活检、定性、Ennecking分期、大剂量化疗；术中瘤段切除人工关节置换、瘤骨灭活再植等手术方法；术后大剂量冲击化疗等三个阶段的综合治疗。结果：Ⅱ例病人均随访10个月～5年（平均3年3个月）。8例无复发，肢体功能优良率达72％。结论：通过三个阶段的综合治疗认为大剂量化疗是股骨恶性肿瘤达到保肢的有效措施。
