| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗癌平丸联合FED方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和毒性反应。方法将76例晚期胃癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组40例接受抗癌平丸联合FED方案化疗，对照组36例只接受FED方案化疗。结果治疗组患者的睡眠、食欲及体重等一般情况明显好于对照组，但两组近期疗效与毒性反应差异不显著。结论抗癌平丸能改善睡眠、增强食欲、缓解体重下降，提高生活质量，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of KangAiPing Wan in combination with FED combination chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 76 subjects with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into treatment group（40） treated with both KangAiPing Wan and FED combination chemotherapy and control group（ 36 ）treated with FED combination chemotherapy. Results Patients＇ general conditions, such as sleep,appetite and weight, in the treatment group are better than those in the control group. No significant difference was shown between two groups for short-term effects or toxic reaction. Conclusion KangAiPing Wan can effectively make sleep and appetite better and alleviate the loss of weight, so as to improve quality of life, thus worth further application. |
