腹膜后纤维化诊治上尿路梗阻11例报告

 目的 总结腹膜后纤维化上尿路梗阻的诊治经验，为腹膜后纤维化诊治提供参考。方法 回顾性分析1994年1月至2007年9月间本院收治的11例腹膜后纤维化患者上尿路梗阻的诊治情况,男7例，女4例，均以肾积水为临床表现。1例行肾造瘘术，7例行输尿管松解术，2例行输尿管切断再吻合，1例因患侧肾脏无功能，行患肾切除。结果 随访12~36个月，3例失访，2例因脑梗死亡，余患者在随访期内病情稳定或无变化。结论 腹膜后纤维化上尿路梗阻是少见病因，病理是本病诊断的最终依据。早期的手术治疗能够保护患者的肾功能。

Diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal fibrosis and upper urinary tract obstruction (11 cases report)

Objective To review and offer reference to the diagnosis and treatment of retrioperitoneal fibrosis and upper urinary tract obstruction.Methods The medical records of 11 hydronephrosis patients induced by retroperitoneal fibrosis and upper urinary tract obstruction(7 males,4 females)from January 1994 to September 2007 were reviewed.Nephrostomy was performed in 1 case,ureterolysis was performed in 7 cases,uretero-ureter anastomosis was performed in 2 cases.One case underwent nephrecotomy because of the nonfunctional kidney.Results Hydronephrosis were relieved after the surgical procedures.Conclusions Pathologieal examination is the final diagnostie method.Early surgical intervention is helpful to keep renal function.
