| 摘 要： | 目的了解支气管哮喘患者肺功能变化,协助哮喘诊断和评估控制程度。方法对30例哮喘患者急性发作期与缓解期进行肺功能检测。结果FVC、FEV1/FVC、FVC%、FEV1%、PEF、PEF%、FEF25、FEF50、X5、RV、RV/TLC在急性发作期显著低于缓解期,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论支气管哮喘患者肺功能变化对诊断与控制哮喘有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective The aim of this paper is to understand the function changes of patients with bronchus asthma , to assist asthma diagnosis and evaluate and appraise control degree evaluation. Methods Pulmonary function test was performed at acute stage and paracmasis for 30 cases with asthma Results The level of FVC, FEV1/FVC, FVC%, FEV1%, PEF, PEF%, FEF25, FEFS0, XS, RV, RV/TLC in acute stage were obviously lower than that in paracmasis, and there is statistical significance（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Pulmonary function change of patients with bronchus asthma has an important effect on the diagnosis and control asthma. |
