| 摘 要： | 依达拉奉是一种新型自由基清除剂,通过转移一个电子给自由基以打断脂质过氧化反应链来保护神经细胞。临床研究已显示,依达拉奉对缺血性卒中和出血性卒中有神经保护和改善神经功能的作用。并且通过清除自由基及保护细胞功能等多途径在急性脑出血并发全身炎性反应综合征致多脏器功能障碍综合征时发挥对脑组织及全身多脏器的保护作用,在脑出血中具有良好临床应用前景。

| Abstract: | Edaravone is a new free radical scavenger,which can protect the cells by interrupt ing lipin peroxidation caused by transferring a electron to free radicals.Clinical studies has shown that edaravone has effect of nervous protection on cerebral ischemic stroke and cerebral hemorrhage and then promote the nervous function.It also can exert protective effect on the brain and many other organs of the body by many pathways,such as getting rid of the free radicals protecting the cell function and so on in the MOD... |
