起搏器依赖的冠心病患者运动超声心动图检查

目的：探讨起搏器依赖的冠心病患者是否适合运动超声心动图检查，方法：46例安置VVI起搏器并依赖者，1年内行冠脉造影和运动超声心动图检查，按Brucwe修订方案对运动分级，结果：46例中34例完成运动试验，对冠心病运动超声心动图诊断的敏感性为75％，对冠脉狭窄的50－70％的冠心病患者，其敏感性为70％，狭窄＞70％者敏感性为82％，特异性为83％，准确性为76％，结论：对变时作用消失的冠心病患者，运动超声心动图可通过变力性作用诱发缺血，导致室壁运动异常，为该类患者提供一种无创性诊断方法。

Examination of exercise stress echocardiography in pacemaker-dependent patients with absolute chronotropic incompetence

Objective To evaluate the diagnositic value of exercise stress echocardiography (ESE) in patients with pacemaker dependnet.Methods Forty six patients remained pacemaker dependent with a fixed heart rate throughout ESE and coronary angiographic studies.Results Thirty four of 46 patients completed the ESE. Coronary artery disease was confirmed in 28 of 34 who had coronary angiograms. ESE had a sensitivity of 75% and specificity of 83% in pacemaker dependent patients.Conclusions ESE has preserved diagnostic utility in pacemaker dependent patients with absolute chronotropic incompetence.
