| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法对利咽解毒颗粒中连翘苷进行含量测定。方法选用Agilent C18（150mm×4．6mm，5um）分析柱，乙腈-水（235：77）为流动相，检测波长为230nm，流速1．0ml／min，柱温30％。结果连翘苷的线性范围为0．082—1．96ug（r=0．9999），平均回收率为97．10％。结论分析速度快，线性范围宽，各项分析指标均达到要求。

| Abstract: | Objective A HPLC method for determination of phillyrin in Liyanjiedu particles by HPLC was established. Methods A Agilent C18 column （ 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5um）was used, mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （23：77 ）. with detection at 230 nm, flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and column temperature at 30℃. Results The linear range of phillyrin was 0. 082 - 1.96 ug（ r=0. 999 9）. the mean recovery was 97. 10%. Conclusion The method is quick,wide in linear range and analytical indicators all meet the requirements. |
