创疡贴治疗皮肤挫擦伤60例临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察创疡贴应用于皮肤挫擦伤创面的临床疗效。 方法  对60例患者的146处皮肤挫擦伤创面进行分级,在简单清创后,采用创疡贴换药治疗, 观察治疗效果。 结果  60例患者146处创面全部临床治愈,其中Ⅰ度创面平均愈合时间约为7 d,Ⅱ度创面平均愈合时间约为10 d,Ⅲ度创面平均愈合时间约为21 d。 结论 创疡贴适用于不同深度的皮肤软组织挫擦伤创面,操作简便,疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing (MEBO Dressing) in the treatment of skin contusion and abrasion injury. Methods: A total of 146 skin contusion and abrasion wounds of 60 patients were graded according to their depth. The dressing change therapy of MEBO Dressing was used to manage the wounds after simple debridement. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results: All the 146 wounds of the 60 patients (146 wounds) got clinical healing, of which the mean healing time of I degree wounds was about 7 days, that of II degree wounds was about 10 days and that of the III degree wounds was about 21 days. Conclusion: MEBO Dressing is suitable for the treatment of skin soft tissue contusion and abrasion injuries of various depths. It is simple and easy in operation and satisfying in therapeutic effect, worthy of being popularized and applied in clinic.
