柳珊瑚Verrucella sp. 中几种化学成分的分离与结构鉴定

 目的 对柳珊瑚Verrucella sp.的化学成分进行分离与结构鉴定。方法 采用反复硅胶柱色谱法及重结晶技术进行分离和纯化，根据理化性质及现代波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果 从柳珊瑚Verrucella sp. 的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离鉴定了7个化合物，其结构分别确定为：junceellin (1)，praelolide (2)，胆甾醇(cholesterol，3)，(E)-N-2(1，3-二羟基-4-十八烯基)-十六酰胺\ (E)-N-2-(1，3-dihydroxy octadecan-4-en)-hexadecamide，4\]，胸腺嘧啶(thymine，5)，胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(thymidine，6)，鲨甘醇(batyl alcohol，7)。结论 化合物1～7均为首次从该珊瑚中分离得到。

Isolation and Structure Identification of Several Chemical Constituents in Gorgonian Verrucella sp.
