| 摘 要： | 目的观察地氯雷他啶（恩理思）治疗人工性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法32例人工性荨麻疹患者均服用恩理思片。每天1次，每次5mg。每服用12天左右，根据病情好转情况，适当减量。结果32例中痊愈17例，显效6例，进步5例，无效4例，有效率为71．9％。全部病例均未发生明显不良反应。结论采用恩理思治疗是一种治疗人工性荨麻疹的好方法，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the therapeutic effects and reliability of Desloratadine (Aerius) in the treatment of factitious urticaria. Methods Thirty-two patients with factitious urticaria took Aerius tablets, 5 mg, once every day, 12 days. The dose was adjusted according to the patients' condition. Results Seventeen cases were cured, 6 cases obtained significantly improvement, 5 cases progress, and 4 cases inefficient with the effective rate being 71.9% . No obvious side effects occurred. Conclusion Aerius is a kind of effective and safe drug to factitious urticaria. |
