摘    要:目的探讨放松训练技术对慢性精神分裂症病人康复的效果。方法60例慢性精神分裂症患者,随机分成实验组和对照组各30例,两组在接受常规治疗和护理的同时,实验组进行3个月的放松训练,采用阴性症状评定量表(SANS)和日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评定其效果。结果治疗3个月后实验组SANS、ADL评分均低于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论放松训练技术能显著改善精神分裂症患者的阴性症状和日常生活能力,对于恢复其社会功能,提高生活质量,延缓衰退,促进康复很有帮助。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of the relaxation training techniques on the rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods 60 in-patients with chronic schizophrenia,sampled randomly,were divided into the experimental group and control group,the control group of 30 patients recieved conventional group treatment and care while the experimental group recieved three months of relaxation training exceptionally.The effect of treatment were assessed by the Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms selection(SANS)and the Scale for Assessment of daily living(ADL).Results The SANS,ADL score of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.01)three months after the treatment.Conclusion The relaxation training techniques can significantly improve the negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia and the ADL,the restoration of its social function.improve the quality of life and delayed recession,and promote the resumption of diseases helpful.
