蒂洛安用于中期妊娠引产临床观察

计划引产的中期妊娠妇女60例,在羊膜利凡诺引产中并用蒂洛安(硫酸普拉酮钠,DHA-S)促宫颈成熟(用药组),与同期单纯利凡诺引产的中期妊娠妇女60例(对照组)比较。结果表明:宫颈Bishop评分总有效率用药组为96.6％,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);引产后自然分娩率用药组为100％,对照组90％,差异有显著性(P<0.05);用药组比对照组引产时间缩短9.67小时,差异有显著性(P<0.01);DHA-S提高了孕15~( 3)周-18周小月份引产成功率,静脉应用DHA-S无明显副作用。

Clinical Observation on Application of DHA -S for Inducing Labor in Mid-term Encysesis

DHA -S was used in addition to 60 mid -term pregnant women during the induction of labour with rivanol in amniotic cavity to promote the maturity of uterine neck (the DHA -S group). Comparison was made with other 60 mid -term pregnant women undergoing induction of labour purely with rivanol the (control Group). The results showed that the total effective rate (Bishop grading) of the uterine neck was 96. 6%. Through comparison with the control group,the difference is significant (P<0. 01) ;After the induction of labour,the natural parturition rate of the DHA -S group was 100%and that of the control group was 90%. The difference was significant (P<0. 05). The time for induction of labour of the DHA -S group was shortened by 9. 67 hours in comparison with the control group and the difference was also significant (P<0. 01);DHA -S improved the successful rate in induction of labour for the women with the pregnant term of 15-3 weeks to 18 weeks. There was no significant side - effect in using DHA - S by means of intravenous injection.
