摘    要:目的探讨护理干预对子宫肌瘤术后肠蠕动早期恢复的护理效果。方法选择本院子宫肌瘤术后患者100例,将以上患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组护理基础上实施综合性早期护理干预。观察两组患者首次排气和排便时间。结果观察组首次排气和排便时间分别为(35.1±11.3)h、(63.7±17.5)h;对照组首次排气和排便时间分别为(60.4±10.8)h、(92.7±15.7)h。观察组首次排气和排便时间分别与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论护理干预能够显著改善子宫肌瘤术后肠蠕动恢复,护理效果显著。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on early intestinal peristalsis recovery in uterine myoma postoperative patients.Methods One hundred uterine myoma postoperative patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in control group were given routine nursing,and early comprehensive was given to observation group.First exhaust time and first defecation time were observed in two groups.Results The first exhaust time and first defecation time in observation group were(35.1±11.3) h and(63.7±17.5) h;The first exhaust time and first defecation time in control group were(60.4±10.8) h and(92.7±15.7) h;The first exhaust time and first defecation time in observation group compared with those in control group,there was statistical difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention can improve early intestinal peristalsis recovery in uterine myoma postoperative patients,the nursing effect is significant.
