新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜手术在结直肠癌治疗中的作用研究

目的探讨新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜手术在结直肠癌治疗中的疗效,以期为临床工作提供支持和依据。方法将本院2009年7月～2010年12月收治的79例结直肠癌术后患者随机分为新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜手术治疗组40例和开腹手术治疗的对照组39例,观察患者术后恢复和并发症情况。结果术后实验组患者的肛门排气时间和住院天数明显较对照组短;实验组的伤口感染率和并发症均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论新辅助化疗治疗结直肠癌者具有一定的疗效,术后感染及并发症轻,值得在临床上推广应用。

Research the efficacy of new adjuvant chemotherapy combined with laparoscopic surgery in treating the colorectal cancers

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of new adjuvant chemotherapy combined with laparoscopic surgery in treating the colorectal cancers.Methods Chose 79 cases of colorectal cancer patients in our hospital from July 2009 to December 2010;randomly divided them into two groups which 40 experimental members treated after new adjuvant chemotherapy and surgery,another 39 members treated after laparotomy.Observed postoperative recovery and complication rate.Results After operations,the anal exhaust time and length of hospital stay experimental groups were shorter than the control group,experimental wound infection rate complications were lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The new adjuvant chemotherapy for colorectal cancer patients has a certain effect,it has light postoperative infections and complications,it is worthy of clinical application.
