喹诺酮类药物的耐药、联合用药及不良反应分析

目的对喹诺酮类药物联合用药与耐药性,以及不良反应进行探讨分析。方法对本院应用喹诺酮类药物治疗出现不良反应的200例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果患者不良反应多发生于神经系统（60例,30.0%）、全身性损害（50例,25.0%）,以及皮肤与其附件的损害（43例,21.5%）,患者局部用药与口服所致的不良反应较肌内注射与静脉注射少,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论喹诺酮类药物需合理使用,并严格掌握其临床适应证与禁忌证,以及其单独用药和联合用药的剂量,尽可能避免联合用药的不合理性,同时需明确患者不良反应的发生机制,以有效降低患者不良反应的发生率。

Resistance,combination and adverse reaction analysis on Quinolone drug

Objective To analyze the combination with drug resistance,and adverse reactions of quinolones.Methods The clinical data about application of fluoroquinolones for treatment of adverse reactions in 200 patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Patients with adverse reactions occurred in the nervous system(60 cases,30.0%),systemic injury(50 cases,25.0%),and damage to the skin and its accessories(43 cases,21.5%),there were significant differences between patients due to topical and oral adverse reactions than intramuscular injection and intravenous injection(P < 0.05).Conclusion Rational use of drugs need to quinolones,and strict control over their clinical indications and contraindications,as well as their individual medication and the dose combination therapy,combination therapy as much as possible to avoid the irrational,and need to clear the mechanism of adverse reactions in patients to effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.
