肺表面活性物质联合机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床研究

目的研究对比单独应用机械通气和联合应用肺表面活性物质及机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（NRDS）的疗效。方法 90例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组行机械通气治疗;观察组在对照组机械通气治疗基础上加肺表面活性物质治疗。结果对照组患儿治愈率为62.2%,观察组治愈率为93.3%。治疗后观察组患儿的各项指标明显优于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论机械通气联合肺表面活性物质治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征,有优势互补作用,能快速有效改善患儿呼吸症状,有效地提高治愈率,值得推广。

The clinical research of lung surface active material unite mechanical entilation treat 90 cases neonatal respiratory syndrome

Objective To compare the curative effect about using alone mechanical entilation and combined application of mechanical entilation and lung surface active substances to treat neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods Ninety cases of NRDS patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group.The patients of the control group did mechanical ventilation treatment;the patients of the observation group did PS treatment on the base of mechanical ventilation treatmention.Results The cure rate of the control group was 62.2% and the observation group was 93.3%;after the treatment,the various indexes of the observation group was much better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion To treat neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,the combination treatment of mechanical entilation and lung surface active material have complementary advantages effect,can quickly and effectively improve respiratory symptoms and cure rate,is worthy to be popularized.
