摘    要:目的:建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定阿苯糖丸中阿司匹林和苯巴比妥含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Inertsil C8-3,流动相为甲醇-0.05mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠缓冲液(50∶50),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为210nm,柱温为40℃,进样量为20μL。结果:阿司匹林和苯巴比妥检测浓度的线性范围分别为31.15~498.40、3.2~51.2μg.mL-1(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率分别为101.18%(RSD=1.9%)、100.73%(RSD=1.7%)。结论:本方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of aspirin and phenobarbital in aspirin and phenobarbital sugar pills.METHODS:Aspirin and phenobarbital were seperated on Inertsil C8-3 column with column temperature at 40℃.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.05mol·L-1NaH2PO4 buffer solution(50∶50)with flow rate at 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and the sample size was 20μL.RESULTS:The linear ranges for aspirin and phenobarbital were 31.15~498.40(r=0.999 9)and 3.2~51.2μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9),respectively.The average recoveries were 101.18%(RSD=1.9%)and 100.73%(RSD=1.7%),respectively.CONCLUSION:This method is simple,rapid,and accurate and reliable,and it can be used as a quality control of aspirin and phenobarbital sugar pills.
