摘    要:目的探讨早期康复训练对老年全髋关节置换术后患肢功能恢复的影响。方法将95例老年股骨骨折行髋关节置换术患者,随机分为康复组49例和对照组46例。对照组行常规康复护理;康复组根据患者的身心特点,制定相关的护理计划和措施,术前重视心理护理并进行系统的康复锻炼指导,术后第2天开始系统康复训练,详细指导患者早期进行功能锻炼。结果两组术后并发症发生率及术后6个月髋关节功能评价恢复优良率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论术后早期系统康复训练可减少人工股骨头置换术患者并发症发生率,促进功能恢复,提高了患者的生命质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of Early rehabilitation training for the elderly function recovery after total hip replacement. Methods 95 cases elderly patients with hip arthroplasty femoral fractures will be put into two groups : 49 cases were randomly divided into rehabilitation and control group 46 cases. Control line conventional rehabilitation nursing, according to patients' mental rehabilitation group, formulate related plans and measures of nursing, preoperative attention and system of psychological nursing; postoperative rehabilitation exercise guidance of rehabilitation training system, which starts the day; detailed guidance for patients with early functional exercise. Results Two groups of postoperative complications and six months after surgery hip function evaluation has excellent recovery is significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusions Early postoperative rehabilitation training system can reduce artificial femoral replacement patients complication rate, promote the function, improve the quality of life of the patients.
