非小细胞肺癌骨转移疗效对比研究

目的 比较唑来膦酸与帕米膦酸二钠治疗非小细胞肺癌骨转移的疗效和不良反应。方法 采用随机、双盲的方法将51例非小细胞肺癌骨转移患者分为治疗组（A组）和对照组（B组），治疗组：唑来膦酸4mg＋生理盐水50ml静脉滴注15min；对照组：帕米膦酸二钠90mg＋生理盐水500ml静脉滴注4h。结果 治疗后28d评价疗效，A组显效5例（20．83％），有效13例（54．17％），有效率75．00％，疗效维持时间17．6天，B组显效4例（14．82％），有效14例（51．85％），有效率66．67％，疗效维持时间16．2天，两组比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05），主要不良反应：发热、骨痛、肌痛、关节痛、恶心、呕吐等。结论 唑来膦酸治疗非小细胞肺癌性骨转移性疼痛有较好的临床疗效，具有使用更方便的优势。

Comparison between Zoledronicacid and Pamidronate for Treatment of Non -small -cell Lung Cancer with Bone Metastases

Objective To evaluate and compare efficacy and toxicity of zoledronicacid and pamidronate for treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)with bone metastases.Methods 51 patients were randomized into zoledronicacid group(group A) and pamidronate group(group B).group A: zoledronicacid 4mg NS 50ml,intravenously;group B: pamidronate 90mg NS 500ml,intravenously 4h.Efficacies and toxicities were assessed after 28 days of treatment for individual patients.Results The pain relief rates of group A responsive 5 cases(20.8%),effective 3 cases(54.17%) effect last 17.6d. ] and group B responsive 4 cases(14.82%) effective 14 cases(51.85%) effect lasting 16.2d] were75.00% and 66.67% respectively without significant defference(P> 0.05).The main side effects were more pain tempoarily,fever ,myalgia or orthralgia,nausea,vomiting.Conclusion Zoledronicacid for treatment of NSCLC with bone metastases has better clinical efficacy.
