实施家属健康教育对儿童癫痫治疗效果的影响

目的：探讨对癫痫患儿家长的健康教育方式，观察其对治疗效果的影响。方法：按住院先后顺序，把137例癫痫患儿家长分为两组，单号为A组，双号为B组，A组的家长只给予集体健康教育讲座和黑板报癫痫知识宣传，B组的家长除给予集体健康教育讲座和黑板报癫痫知识宣传外，由专业护士给予针对性的个体健康教育。结果：出院时B组家长癫痫知识知晓率高于A组，P〈0．001，对治疗有信心人数多于A组，P〈0．01，治疗有效率高于A组，P〈0．05，差异有显著性意义。结论：根据患儿的病情和家长的接受能力等具体情况，进行个体化教育指导，且定时评价，反复教育，是最有效的健康教育方式。在家长的配合下，可取得持续有效的治疗效果。

EFFECTS OF HEALTH EDUCATION FOR FAMILIES WITH EPILEPTIC CHILDREN ON THE TREATMENT FOR EPILEPSY

Objective:To study the treatment effects on patient education for the epileptic children.Methods:All 137 parents of epileptic child were dirided into group A and group B randomly.group education and blackboard education were conducted for the parents in group A.Individual health education as well as group education and blackboard education were conducted for the parents in group B.Results:The parents in group B got more knowledge about epilepsy and more confidence than those in group A,P<0.01.Treatment validity rate of group B was higher than that of group A,P<0.05.Conclusion:According to the patients' stats and parents' knowledge level,individual education and evaluation was the most effective education method for the parents of epileptic children.Health education for Parents as well as epileptic children can get Continuing effectives.
