兰州市2005-2009年无偿献血状况分析

目的:分析近5年来无偿献血状况,为推进本地区无偿献血事业的发展提供科学依据。方法:以2005-2009年兰州市自愿无偿献血人次和献血量统计为资料,分析献血规律及无偿献血发展趋势。结果:兰州市无偿献血人次逐年增加(χ2=2791.4902,P<0.001);献血量逐年提高(χ2=3209.2908,P<0.001)。200ml献血人次逐年递减,从2005年占总献血人次的85.79%到2009年下降为38.93%;300ml、400ml献血人次逐年递增,300ml献血人次从2007年占总献血人次的23.15%上升到2009年的43.31%,400ml献血人次从2005年占总献血人次的14.21%上升到2009年的17.76%。机采血小板人次逐年递增,同比增长率最高达40.42%。结论:献血人次和献血量都在逐年递增,300ml、400ml献血人次逐年递增,200ml献血人次逐年递减,机采血小板人次逐年递增,此结论有助于制定和完善今后无偿献血宣传目标和发展思路。

Analysis of the blood donation situation during 2005 - 2009 year in Lanzhou city

Objective:In order to provide scientific proof for the development of the blood donation in Lanzhou city,we analyse the blood donation situation during the latest five years.Methods: With the data of blood donors and volume in the latest five years,We analysed the orderliness and tendency on the situation of blood donation in Lanzhou city.Results: The number of blood donors and blood volume increased year by year(χ2=2791.4902,P<0.001;χ2=3209.2908,P<0.001).The proportion of 200ml blood donors decreased from 85.79% in 2005 year to 38.93% in 2009,however 300ml,400ml blood donors increased year by year during 2005-2009 year.The proportion of 300ml blood donors was 23.15% in 2007,and increased to 43.31% in 2009,and the 400ml blood donors increased from 14.21% in 2005 to 17.76% in 2009.The number of platelet also increased every year whose highest growth rate came to 40.42%.Conclusion: The number of blood donors and volume increased year by year,the 300ml and 400ml blood donors increased year by year during 2005-2009,but 200ml decreased.We also find the number of platelet increased every year.The conclusion is very helpful for us to work out and complete the strategy of propaganda and development idea about blood donation in future.
