摘    要:目的探讨杀虫剂与增效剂混用及杀虫剂复配对淡色库蚊的杀灭效果,为合理有效地进行蚊虫化学防治提供依据。方法幼虫浸渍法和唐振华药物联合作用试验方法。结果淡色库蚊幼虫已对敌敌畏产生高抗性,对溴氰菊酯低抗性;敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯与增效剂混用后,增效作用明显,其中溴氰菊酯与S1混用增效系数最高为352.94;敌敌畏与溴氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯与仲丁威复配后,有协同作用,敌敌畏与仲丁威复配后有拮抗作用。结论杀虫剂与增效剂混用,不同作用机制杀虫剂复配都可以起到增效或协同作用,选择杀虫效力较强的配方可提高蚊虫防治效果。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of complex pair of insecticides and insecticides mixed with synergist to kill Culex pipiens pallens and provide scientific and rational basis for the chemical prevention and control of mosquito in Xuzhou city.Methods Using the larvae of Culex pipiens palllens soaked method and the Tang Zhenhua unification drug test method.Results Culex pipiens palllens larvae to DDVP had high resistance,and to deltamethrin had low resistance.There was obvious pest killing effects of DDVP and deltamethrin mixed with synergistic agent,and the coefficient of synergism of deltamethrin mixed with oxidated piperonyl butoxide(S1) was the highest(352.94).There was synergy effect of two mixed chemical insecticides in DDVP mixed with deltamethrin and deltamethrin mixed with fenobucarb,and the antagonistic action in DDVP mixed with fenobucarb.Conclusion The synergy effect is observed in the mixture of pesticides with synergistic agent and in the complex pair of pesticides with different mechanisms.The stronger insecticidal effect of the formula can improve the effect of mosquito control.
