| 摘 要： | 本文以中药性用和方证相关的理论为基础,对“去性存用”的配伍内涵进行了探讨.文中从中药性用理论和方剂配伍学理的角度阐述了对“去性存用”的认识,提出了其临床意义；同时通过区别“去性存用”与“寒热并用”和“反佐”的不同进一步就其内涵进行了探讨；最后通过方剂示例举隅,使其内涵更具体、更丰富.认为“去性存用”是根据治证的病机选择...
