| 摘 要： | 目的:评价微创经皮钢板内固定术(MIPPO)结合LCP在胫骨远端骨折中的治疗效果。方法:16例胫骨远端骨折患者采用此方法治疗。骨折按AO分型:A型11例,B型1例,C型4例。其中7例合并腓骨骨折。总体疗效以手术耗时、术中输血、术后疼痛程度、伤口愈合情况、Mazur评分、骨折愈合时间及并发症来综合评定。结果:手术时间60～150min;术中出血70～250ml,均未输血;切口均一期愈合。X线片示骨痂出现时间5～12周。骨折临床愈合时间4～12个月。以Mazur方法评定踝关节功能:优11例,良4例,中1例,差0例,优良率为93.8%。结论:MIPPO技术结合LCP治疗胫骨远端骨折能最大限度地保护骨折部位血供,促进骨折愈合和患肢功能恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) in combination of locking compression plate(LCP) for distal tibial fractures.
