梅州市2002～2011年无偿献血者血液检测结果分析

目的了解梅州市无偿献血者传染性标志物的流行状况,进一步做好血液质量监控,减少血液资源的浪费,提高供输血管理工作质量。方法对梅州市2002～2011年无偿献血者血液ALT、HB-sAg、抗-HCV、梅毒和抗-HIV检测结果进行分析。结果 ALT异常为血液报废的主要原因,不同性别献血者ALT、梅毒、抗-HIV阳性率,不同年龄段献血者ALT、HBsAg、抗-HCV、梅毒、抗-HIV阳性率,不同职业献血者ALT、HBsAg、梅毒阳性率差异有统计学意义。结论应不断加大无偿献血知识的宣传力度,做好献血前的健康咨询,尽量采集低危人群相对安全的血液,保障临床用血安全。

Analysis on blood test results of blood donors in Meizhou city from 2002 to 2011

Objective To investigate the infectious markers of blood donors in Meizhou city,further improve the blood quality supervision,reduce blood resource waste and improve quality management for blood transfusion.Methods The ALT,HBsAg,anti-HCV,syphilis and anti-HIV detection results of blood donors were analyzed in Meizhou city from 2002 to 2011.Results ALT anomaly was the main reason of blood scrapped.The different on positive rate of ALT,syphilis and anti-HIV between male and female,the different on positive rate of ALT,HBsAg,anti-HCV,syphilis and anti-HIV between each age group,the different on positive rate of ALT,HBsAg,syphilis between each occupation group were statistically significant.Conclusion We should strengthen the knowledge propaganda of voluntary blood donors,health advisory before blood donation, collecting the relative safety blood in low-risk group,to ensure safe blood for clinical use.
