| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈动脉斑块的彩色多普勒超声诊断标准,准确判定颈动脉斑块的稳定性,为临床更好的开展干预治疗提供技术支持。方法在确立一个统一的颈动脉斑块表述方法和诊断标准的前提下,重点选择住院及门诊患者中50岁以上的高危人群(高血脂、高血糖、高血压)100例进行专项检查。结果在100例高危人群(高血脂、高血糖、高血压)中发现颈动脉斑块86例。结论统一诊断标准,客观描述超声图像,医、患都容易理解和接受,易于把握、易于操作、易于指导临床。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic criteria of carotid plaque by color Doppler ultrasound. The aim is to judge accurately the stability of carotid plaque and provide technical support for better developing clinical intervention therapy. Methods On the premice of the unified presentation and diagnostic standards, 100 cases were drawn from high-risk group of people suffering from hyperlipemia hyperglycosemia, hyperglycosemia and hypertension （≥ 50 years） in inpatient and outpatient services to carry out special tests. Results Eighty-two cases have carotid plaques in 100 high risk population among these cases. Conclusions Through uniforming the diagnostic criteria and descripting the ultrasound image objectively, it is easy for doctors and patients to understand, grasp, accept, operate and guide. |
