参麦注射液治疗慢性肺心病右心功能不全的临床观察

目的探讨参麦注射液对慢性肺心病右心功能不全的治疗效果。方法选择本院慢性肺源性心脏病右心功能不全患者50例,上述患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予参麦注射液。观察两组患者治疗前后肺动脉压力和右心室内径改变情况。结果观察组治疗后右心室内径、肺动脉压分别与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率为68.0%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论参麦注射液能够改善慢性肺心病右心功能不全患者心功能,提高治疗效果,值得借鉴。

Clinical observation of Shen mai injection in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with right ventricular failure

Objective To explore the effect of Shenmai injection in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with right ventricular failure. Methods 50 cases with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with right ventricular failure were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group were given routine treatment, Shenmai injection was given to the observation group on the basis of the conventional treatment. The change of pulmonary artery pressure and right ventricular diameter were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results The right ventricular diameter and pulmonary artery pressure of the observation group after treatment respectively compared with those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）; total effective rate in the observation group was 96%, the total effective rate in the control group was 68%, total effective rate of observation group is higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Shenmai injection can improve right heart function of the patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease, improve the therapeutic effect.
