| 摘 要： | 目的探讨蒙脱石散与口服双歧杆菌联合用于治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床效果,为临床用药提供依据。方法选择122例秋季腹泻的小儿患者,随机选择76例患儿为观察组,联合应用蒙脱石散与口服双歧杆菌治疗,余46例为对照组,仅用蒙脱石散进行治疗,3d后,对两组治疗时间及效果进行比较。结果观察组退烧时间、止泻时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治愈率及有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合使用蒙脱石散和口服双歧杆菌治疗小儿秋季腹泻较单一使用蒙脱石散能更快的缩短患儿病程,提高患者的治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the healing efficacy of smecta combined with bifico treating on children with diarrhea, in order to provide evidence for clinical. Methods Choose 122 children with diarrhea, randomly choose 76 patients as the observation group, treating them with smeeta and bifico, the rest 46 patients as the control group, treating them only with smeeta, compare the treatment time and efficacy after 3 days. Results Fever time, diarrhea time, length of stay in the hospital time were all shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）; cure rate and efficiency rate were both higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treating the diarrhea children with smeeta and bifieo could shorten the course of the disease than only using smecta, could improve the cure rate. |
