腹腔镜手术与药物保守治疗对异位妊娠的临床疗效比较

目的：研究腹腔镜手术与药物保守治疗对异位妊娠的临床疗效，并将两者进行比较。方法：选取我院自2009年1月-2011年1月收治的确诊为异位妊娠的患者72例，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组36例。试验组患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗，对照组患者给予药物保守治疗。测定并进行分析患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果：观察组的总有效率与对照组的总有效率不具有明显差异（P〉0．05），但观察组治愈率85．56％远大于对照组的治愈率44．44％（P〈0．05）。对比两组的远期疗效，观察组宫内妊娠成功率75％高于对照组宫内妊娠成功率30．56％（P〈O．05），观察组盆腔炎发生率8．33％低于对照组盆腔炎发生率50％（P〈0．05）。结论：药物保守治疗可用于异位妊娠的临床治疗。但疗效与腹腔镜手术比较后发现腹腔镜手术治疗完全性好，跟进调查远期疗效也较好，所以腹腔镜手术应作为异位妊娠患者的首选治疗方式。

Efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and medicine therapy on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objectives： To study the curative effects of laparoscopic surgery and drug therapy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Method： We selected 72 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from Jan. 2009 to Jan. 2011 and randomly divid- ed them into observation group and control group, with 36 in each group. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic sur- gery and the control group with the conservative medicine treatment. Then we analyzed the clinical curative effect of the two treat- ments. Results： There is no significant difference in total effective rate of the two groups. The recovery rate of the observation group （ 85.56% ） is much higher than that of the control group （44.44%） （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Comparing the long - term follow - up efficacy, the pregnancy rate of the observation group （75%） is higher than that of the control group （ 30.56% ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The pelvic infection rate of the observation group （8.33%） was lower than that of the control group （50%） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Con- clusions： The conservative medication treatment can be adopted in the clinical treatment of ectopic pregnancy while laparoscopic surgery has better efficacy in long - term follow - up by comparison. As a result, the laparoscopic surgery should be the first choice in curing ectopic pregnancy.
