中药配合周林频谱仪治疗痛经的观察与护理

目的观察中药配合周林频谱仪治疗痛经的疗效与护理。方法将2011年10月至2012年4月40例痛经患者随机分为观察组和对照组各20例,两组均予常规健康指导,观察组用口服中药配合周林频谱仪进行治疗,对照组单纯口服止痛片。结果观察组治愈15例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率达95%;对照组治愈4例,有效6例,无效10例,总有效率达50%。观察组优于对照组。结论中药口服配合周林频谱仪治疗痛经相互协同,增强效果,疗效满意,值得临床进一步推广应用。

The Observation and Nursing on Menorrhalgia by TCM together with Zhoulin Spectrometer

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and nursing on Menorrhalgia by TCM together with Zhoulin spectrometer. Methods To divide 40 patients with Menorrhalgia from Oct.2011 to April 2012 into two groups at random, 20 cases in an observation group and 20 cases in a control group. Conventional health guidance was carded out in both groups, while TCM with Zhou Lin spectrometer are applied to patients in the observation group and only pain-relieving pills in the control group. Results There are 15 cases healed, 4 cases effective and 1 case ineffective, of which the total effective rate amounts to 95%. Meanwhile, 4 cases healed, 6 cases ineffective and 10 cases ineffective, of which the total effective rate is 50%. Therefore, the observation group has an advantage over the control group. Conclusions TCM for oral application was in good coordination with Zhou Lin Spectrometer for the treatment on Menorrhalgia. That can reinforce the curative effect, and deserve a further clinical application.
