妈富隆与IUD用于人工流产后避孕效果分析

目的探讨妈富隆与IUD用于人工流产后避孕效果情况。方法分析本院人工流产后自愿参与避孕效果调查育龄妇女96例临床资料,依据避孕措施不同进行分组,妈富隆组60例和IUD组36例。结果妈富隆组人工流产后育龄妇女血清促卵素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、雌激素水平（E2）水平均优于IUD组,同时白带增多、腰腹部疼痛、经量增多、经期延长、月经问题等不良反应发生率明显低于IUD组,P〈0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论妈富隆用于人工流产后避孕激素水平明显改善,不良反应少,育龄妇女的可接受性好,值得临床推广应用。

The contraception result analyze of artificial abortion by marvelon and IUD

Objective To approach contraception result analyze of artificial abortion by marvelon and IUD. Method 96 cases clinical data of survey of women of childbearing age were analyed, cases were divided into marvelon group of 60 cases and 36 cases of IUD group. Results The FSH、LH、E2 level of marvelon group of artificial abortion marvelon group were better than IUD group, then Occurrence leucorrhoea grow in quantity, the pain of waist and abdomen, menorrhagia, prolonged menstrual period, menstrual problems and other adverse reactions of marvelon group were lower thanIUDgroup, P0.05,the differences were statistical significance. Conclusion The contraceptive hormones after artificial abortion by marvelon were obviously,adverse reactions,women of childbearing age acceptability,which was to be used.
