2012年本院门诊药房退药情况分析与干预

目的了解本院门诊药房退药情况,探讨退药原因及干预措施。方法对本院2012年门诊药房的退药情况进行统计,分析退药原因,讨论干预措施。结果退药原因主要有：不良反应（占46.9%）、转为住院（占40.6%）、其他因素（患者因素、病情改变及医院因素等）。结论医院规范退药制度,医师、药师提高服务质量,转变服务观念加强沟通,可提高合理用药水平,减少退药情况发生。
