腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的手术室护理配合分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下施行胆囊切除手术的有效护理配合措施,为临床治疗提供强有力支持。方法对2011年9月至2012年10月期间接受住院治疗的120例患者施行腹腔镜下胆囊切除手术并给予全面护理配合,手术护理配合包括术前护理、手术室护理、术后护理三个部分,其中手术室护理配合工作是最重要的。结果 120例患者接受腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗,有2例切口感染,占总人数1.67%;1例肺部感染,占总数0.83%;3例中转开腹切除胆囊,占总数2.5%;1例再次缝合止血,占总数0.83%;2例腹壁戳孔出血,占总数1.67%。在采取对症处理措施之后,患者以上症状消失,切口获得良好愈合。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有创伤小、切口细微、经济性高、疗效准确等优势,给予手术严密护理配合就可以获得理想治疗效果,应该在临床上积极推广使用。

Operating Room Nursing with the Analysis of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

In the treatment measures to suit, after more than patients with symptoms disappeared, obtain good incision healing. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy with trauma small incision, subtle, economy is high, the curative effect of accurate, advantage, give surgery with strict nursing can get ideal treatment effect, should actively promote use in clinic.
