替米沙坦对2型糖尿病伴高血压患者血清细胞因子及心功能的影响

目的探讨替米沙坦对2型糖尿病伴高血压患者血清细胞因子及心功能的影响。方法将350例2型糖尿病伴高血压患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组150例口服依那普利,观察组170例口服替米沙坦,均治疗6个月。比较两组患者治疗前后细胞因子超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及心功能的改变。结果治疗后观察组血清hs-CRP,TNF-α和IL-6水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),左室射血分数(EF)、左室重量指数(LVMI)及晚期血流峰值速度E/A比值显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病伴高血压患者血清细胞因子显著升高,替米沙坦可显著减轻机体炎性反应,改善患者心功能。

Influence of Telmisartan on Serum Cytokines and Heart Function in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicating Hypertension

Objective To explore the influence of telmisartan on serum cytokines and the heart function in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） complicating hypertension. Methods Three hundred and fifty patients with T2DM complicating hypertension were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. A hunered and fifty cases in the control group were given oral enalapril and 170 cases in the observation group received oral tclmisartan. The treatment course was 6 months. The changes of hs- CRP,TNF- eL, IL- 6 and the heart function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Serum hs-CRP,TNF-o~ and IL-6 after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; EF, LVMI and E/A after treatment in the observation group were superior to those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Serum cytokines in the patients with T2DM complicating hypertension are obviously increased. Telmisartan can significantly decrease the inflammatory reaction and improve the heart function in the patients with T2DM complicating hypertension.
