摘    要:目的观察分析在检验中影响血常规检验结果的多种因素,总结其临床意义。方法选取我院2010年5月至2012年5月4256份血常规标本,分别统计由于生理因素、试剂因素、仪器因素、人为因素导致的标本不合格比例。结果 4256份血常规标本中,检测结果有误或不合格的标本有332份,占7.8%,由于生理因素导致的标本不合格有114例,试剂因素有42例,仪器因素有73例,人为因素有104例,其中以生理因素影响最大,其次为人为因素,明显高于其他因素(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论生理因素、试剂因素、仪器因素、人为因素皆是影响血常规检验结果准确性的主要因素。

Abstract:Objeetive To observe the effect of multiple factors analysis of blood test results in the test, to summarize its clinical significance. Methods Selected in our hospital from 2010 May to 2012 May, 4256 blood specimens, respectively statistics due to physiological factors, reagent, instrument factors factors, and human factors were not qualified ratio. Results 4256 blood samples, detection results are wrong or unqualified specimens have 332, accounted for 7.8%, due to physiological factors leading to the unqualified samples of 114 cases, 42 cases of reagent factors, equipment factors in 73 cases, 104 cases of human factors, among which the physiological factors have the greatest impact, followed by artificial factors, obviously higher than that of other factors (P〈0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Physiological factor, reagent, instrument factors, human factors are the main factors influencing factors, results of blood routine test accuracy and therefore.
