低分子肝素钠联合丹参注射液治疗重度子痫前期疗效评价

目的探讨低分子肝素联合丹参治疗早发型重度子痫前期的临床效果。方法将早发型重度子痫前期满足期待治疗7 d患者75例随机分为4组,A组18例按常规处理,在此基础上B组(20例)加用低分子肝素钠注射液,C组(19例)加用丹参注射液,D组(18例)加用低分子肝素钠注射液和丹参注射液。比较并记录各组临床效果。结果 4组治疗前后尿蛋白升高不明显,B组、D组治疗后D-二聚体有所下降,尿酸无明显升高,B组、C组、D组治疗后天门冬氨基转氨酶无明显升高。结论硫酸镁能有效解痉,低分子肝素能缓解血管内皮损伤,对肾小球滤过功能损伤有保护作用,低分子肝素和丹参均有助于防止肝细胞进一步破坏。

Effective Evaluation on Low Molecular Weight Heparin and Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection in Treating Severe Preeclampsia Application

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin and Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection in treatment of se- vere preeclampsia. Methods 75 cases of early onset severe preeclampsia treated by 7 d expectation therapy were randomly divided into four groups. The group A（18 cases） was treated by the routing treatment,on this basis the group B（20 cases） and C（19 cases） were added with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Injection and Salvia Mihiorrhiza Injection respectively,the group D（18 cases） was added by Low Molecular Weight Heparin Injection and Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection. The clinical effects were recorded and compared among 4 groups. Results Urinary protein before and after treatment in 4 groups had no obvious increase, D- dimer after treatment in the group B and D was decreased,uric acid had no obvious increase,aspartate aminotransferase in the group B,C and D group had no sig- nificantly increase. Conclusion Magnesium sulfate is effective in relieving spasm, low molecular weight heparin can alleviate the injury of vascular endothelial cells and has the protective effect on glomerular filtration function, low molecular weight heparin and salvia milti- orrhiza can contribute to prevent further damage of liver cells.
