摘 要: | 目的:观察瑞士球上跪姿抬臂训练对健康女大学生事件相关电位P300的影响规律。方法:20名非体育系健康女大学生志愿者为受试对象,随机分为实验组(n=10)和对照组(n=10)。实验组进行为期7周的瑞士球上跪姿抬臂训练(一种核心稳定性训练),每次训练30分钟,每周3次。对照组不进行相关训练。分别于训练前、训练7周后安静状态下,采用上海产NDI-092型神经电检诊仪记录分析受试者听觉事件相关电位P300成分。结果:7周训练后实验组受试者可在瑞士球上跪姿抬臂持续15分钟,运动表现有所提高,实验组训练后Fz、Cz、Pz点P300潜伏期较训练前显著缩短(P<0.05);Fz、Pz、Cz点反应时显著缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01);Fz点P300波幅显著增加(P<0.05)。对照组各指标7周前后比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:7周瑞士球上跪姿抬臂训练能显著缩短健康女大学生Fz、Cz、Pz点P300潜伏期及反应时,显著增加Fz点P300波幅。

Effects of Swiss Ball Training on P300 of the Event-related Potentials in Female College Students |

Abstract: | Objective To probe into the effects of Swiss ball training on the P300 of the event related potentials(ERPs) in college students.Methods 20 healthy female college students took part in this study,and they were randomly divided into the experiment group(n = 10) and the control group(n = 10).The participants in experiment group regularly took part in arm raising and kneeling exercise on the Swiss ball(a type of core stability training) for 7 weeks,30 minutes each time,and 3 times a week.The P300 component of the ERPs was recorded and analyzed with the Nerve Detection and Diagnosis Instrument NDI-092(Poseidon) before and after 7 weeks training.Results The performance ability of the subjects in experimental group was significantly improved,and they could maintain the posture of arm raising and kneeling on the Swiss ball for 15 minutes after 7 weeks training.P300 latencies of Fz,Cz and Pz points were significantly shortened(P < 0.05),reaction time of Fz and Pz points was significantly shortened(P < 0.05),and reaction time of Cz point was significantly shortened(P < 0.01);the P300 amplitude of Fz point was significantly increased(P < 0.05) after training in experiment group as compared with the value before the training.There was no significant difference(P > 0.05) in all indexes between the two measurements before and after 7 weeks training in the control group.Conclusion Seven-week Swiss ball core stability training could significantly shorten the P300 latencies and reaction time of Fz,Cz and Pz points,increase the P300 amplitude of Fz point in healthy female college students. |
